| To use
the feeder simply fill the syringe by drawing up the prepared hand rearing
food through the nozzle, or remove the plunger from the syringe and fill
the barrel. Depress the plunger to begin the food running into the spoon.
Offer the spoon to the baby bird. Continue the food flow while the bird
has a feeding reflex. Record the amount fed on a daily record sheet.
