Active ingredients:  Probotic contains a blend of nine live organisms. including Lactobacillus acidophilus; L. delbruckii subspecies bulgarcus; L plantarum; L. rhamnosus; Bifidobacterium bifidum; Enterococcus faecium; Streptococcus salvarius subspecies themophilus; aspergillus oryzoe; candida pinolepesi Available:  90g, 500g Dosage: use just 1gram per liter of water!
